Today was the opposite of several days ago when there wasn’t an opportunity to do much photo work. Spent all of today shooting commercial and editorial work, several personal projects and some pleasant family photos late in the day.

A worker removes limbs pruned from blooming apple trees as the orchard is prepared for the growing season. This section of the orchard had become too closely spaced for efficient growing and harvesting. The solution required removing almost every other tree in most of the rows and heavy pruning of the remaining trees so equipment and workers could navigate between the rows of older trees.
